2. Information collected on this website

This website is a static informational site. It does not use cookies, does not run analytics or advertising trackers, does not contain contact forms, and does not require or offer user accounts. Browsing this site sends us no personal information.

Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data required to serve the site and protect it from abuse — such as IP addresses, browser type, and request timestamps — in server logs. We do not access or use these logs to identify visitors. The hosting provider’s own privacy practices are described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

3. Information you send us

If you contact us by email or through a professional network such as LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message. We use it to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and conduct business correspondence;
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices;
  • Meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations that apply to our business.

We do not use this information for marketing lists, and we do not send unsolicited newsletters.

4. Client engagement data

In the course of consulting engagements we may process data belonging to our clients or their customers. Such data is processed strictly under the terms of the applicable services agreement, non-disclosure agreement, and — where required — data processing agreement with the client. It is never used for any purpose other than delivering the contracted services, and it is not covered by, or mingled with, the website data described in this policy.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that support our operations — such as email, hosting, accounting, and banking providers — and only to the extent necessary;
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations;
  • Public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

6. International transfers

Absillious Labs LLC is a United States entity operating with clients in USD and EUR regions. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the information you send is processed in the United States. We apply the safeguards described in this policy to all correspondence regardless of origin, and where an engagement requires it, transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses in the applicable agreement.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction or deletion of that information;
  • Object to or restrict our processing of it;
  • Receive a copy in a portable format;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@absilliouslabs.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Retention

We keep business correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter it relates to, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting, or contractual purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

9. Security

We follow data engineering security practices in our own operations: encrypted transport (this site is served exclusively over HTTPS), access controls and multi-factor authentication on business accounts, and the principle of least privilege for any client data we are entrusted with.

10. Children

Our services are directed at businesses. This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
